All prices in INR, per student per year, billed annually to the school. Final quotes depend on seat count, boards and languages.
Free for government schools.
The full platform - 12 languages, teacher tools and DPDP-ready guardrails - at no cost for government schools. Private-school licenses fund public-school access, so the language advantage reaches the students who need it most.
6–33× cheaper than the tuition parents already pay.
Urban families spend around ₹9,950 a year on private coaching per child. Pravachak, included in school fees at a few hundred rupees a year, gives every student an always-available AI coach in their own language - for a fraction of that.
Questions schools ask us.
Who pays - the school or the parent?
The school pays. Pravachak is licensed to the school and billed annually, like an infrastructure vendor. Schools typically route it through the existing digital-tools budget and can pass on a modest, near-invisible increment within the annual fee. Parents are never billed directly.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is per student, per year, based on the tier and the number of student seats. You can start with just one or two grades and expand seats as you roll out school-wide. Contracts are billed annually.
Is Pravachak really free for government schools?
Yes. Government schools get the full platform - the same 12 languages, teacher tools and DPDP-ready guardrails - at no cost. Private-school licenses fund access for public schools. Contact us to check eligibility for your school.
Is there a free pilot?
Yes. Every school starts with a free 4-week pilot in one class. Students, teachers and admins use Pravachak on real lessons before any annual contract, and you receive a one-page outcome report at the end.
Which boards and languages are included?
Pravachak supports CBSE, ICSE, NCERT and state boards including Telangana and AP. Tutoring and content generation work in 12 of Bharat's languages - Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati and more, plus English. The exact Indic-language set depends on your tier.
What happens when a term ends or a license lapses?
Renewals are annual. If a license lapses, previously assigned content stays readable during a grace period while new AI generation pauses - schools are never locked out mid-term without notice. Full data-lifecycle and export terms are in the school agreement.
How much does the AI cost the school on top of the license?
Nothing extra. AI usage is bundled into the per-student license - there is no metered API bill for the school to manage. Model access is governed per tier so costs stay predictable.
